The Latimer Arts College Keystone provision is a provision to support our year 7 and 8 who are not secondary ready in terms of their literacy levels. The focus of these classes is to build competence and confidence in reading, writing and comprehension to enable students to make accelerated progress to access a full GCSE curriculum and achieve successful outcomes. Students are in mainstream lessons with an adapted curriculum, the classes are supported by an HLTA and group sizes are smaller.  Students will also receive precision teaching sessions to work on their individual areas of focus and improve reading skills.
