Our Students' Achievements

At The Latimer Arts College we believe in inspiring our students to achieve excellence, including by achieving the highest possible academic success that they can.  We believe in the value of examinations as the ‘passport’ for accessing higher education or training and a wider choice of careers and future pathway options.  We are immensely proud that we are delivering on our promise to unlock the potential of each individual by delivering on exam success year after year.

Key Stage 4 - GCSE Results 2025

Key Stage 4 Results 2025.  There were no progress measures in 2025.  However, in attainment, we improved both the percentage of grades 4' and 5's in English and Maths compared to 2024 results.  Prior to this year our progress measures have been consistently above average.

(i) There is no progress measure for the years 2025 or 2026. 

(ii) When OFSTED review schools data, they will look at the last 3 years, rather than a one-off year.

In 2024, examination grading returned to pre-pandemic levels.  Despite the challenges faced by our students, our results analysis would suggest that the results from the examinations would place us in the top 30% of schools nationally for progress of students.

In 2023, exams returned to normal for the first time in three years due to Covid.  Despite the challenges faced by our students, our results analysis would suggest that the results from the examinations would place us in the top 30% of schools nationally for progress of students.

In 2024 students at The Latimer Arts College continued to achieve strong results at Key Stage 5, with outcomes continuing  to be higher when compared to pre-pandemic examinations.  The table below outlines our results for 2024.

In 2023 students at The Latimer Arts College achieved their highest ever average points score in "normal" exam conditions.  There were no progress measures for this year due to COVID.
