Online Payments

'iPay Impact' is the system provider for our online payments.

Parents and carers can use this system to pay for school trips, music lessons etc and to top up their child’s cashless catering account. The college will need to know about any changes to telephone numbers or email addresses.

The school will use the email addresses and mobile numbers that we hold – if these may not be correct, please contact Student Services at the school.

Smartphone App

There is a free Smartphone App which can be downloaded – just go to your app store and search for "iPay Impact" to download.

Register your Account

Step 1.    Register your account

  • Visit your app store to download iPay Impact OR visit www.ipayimpact.co.uk in a browser and click ‘Register’

Step 2.    Create an account
Once you have received your letter or email containing the Account Reference for your child/ren, you can register with iPay Impact by following these instructions:

  • Go to the iPay Impact app and click Register OR visit www.ipayimpact.co.uk and click ‘Register’
  • Enter the Account Reference – as provided by your school
  • Create your username and password – this is what you will use to login into your account (this is for you to choose, the School does not set the Username or Password)
  • Enter a valid email address and confirm 
  • Answer the maths test – to prove you are a human!
  • Agree to the terms and conditions, and click ‘Register’
  • You will receive an email with an activation link – click on the link or copy and paste the link into your browser. This will activate your account

Once activated, you can log into iPayimpact and start managing your school purchases!

iPay Impact is registered with the data protection act.  All information you provide will be kept private and will not be passed on to any other organisation. Your details will only be used for the purpose of school business and you will not receive any SPAM or marketing material.
