Epraise

Epraise is our online rewards system, where students are recognised for demonstrating their LORIC skills, academic achievement, engagement in enrichment activities and positive behaviour and attendance. Each time students do something positive staff are able to award them ‘praise points’.

In lessons and extra-curricular activities staff are able to recognise students who have demonstrated their LORIC skills and award them points, which students can use towards prize draws and this also counts towards their House totals in our inter-house competitions.

At Christmas, Easter and at the end of the Summer Term we hold epraise prize draws, which students can enter using the epraise points they have earned in order to be in with a chance to win prizes, which have been selected by members of our student leadership team. The draw allows for those students who have earned significant numbers of epraise points to enter the draws more than once and increase their chances of winning.

Logging in as a student

For students to sign in they need to:

  1. Visit epraise.co.uk and select the log in button in the top right of the page.
  2. Search for the ‘The Latimer Arts College’
  3. Enter their username and password for their school IT account (e.g. IT1234)

When signed in students are able to see their timetable, what they have received points for in each lesson, enrichment activities they can sign up to take part in and what prizes are available in the next prize draw.

Signing up as a parent/carer

Parents and carers are able to create an epraise account to keep track of how their child is getting on and how many epraise points they are receiving, as well as seeing what enrichment activities and prize draws are on offer. To do this:

  1.  Visit www.epraise.co.uk and select the log in button in the top right of the page.
  2. Search for the ‘The Latimer Arts College’
  3. Click the ‘parents’ tab on the page and set up an account. You will need to use the email address that you have provided for the College  to make sure it matches up with our records.
