Why Choose Sixth Form at Latimer

The Latimer Arts College is a fantastic place to learn, study and thrive.  We are incredibly proud of our students: they are at the heart of everything we do, and we pride ourselves on unlocking the potential of each Sixth Form student and inspiring them to achieve excellence.

Our Sixth Form has so much to offer: we have a broad and interesting choice of subjects; an exciting and action-packed enrichment programme; work experience; and a dedicated study centre, solely for Sixth Form students to use.

Whether they want to be a student leader, a mentor for younger students, a representative on a sporting team or the organiser of social events, there is something for everyone!

And there is always someone to support them.  Our dedicated team of Sixth Form staff work tirelessly to nurture and guide each student, not only through their Level 3 qualifications, but also in making the right post-18 choices for them.

Our Sixth Form Student Guide provides information to support students with their post 16 studies.

To view details of our historical examination performance please visit the Department for Education (DfE) Performance Tables: click here.  We would highlight the significant improvement in our results in recent years.

Ofsted Rating: Good

“Leaders have constructed a curriculum that is challenging for pupils and for students in the sixth form. As a result of this, pupils achieve well.”

We are proud to be an Ofsted rated 'Good' school and details of our latest inspection can be viewed here
