Exams Info
The GCE & Level 3 Diploma Results will be available for collection from "Picassos" on Thursday 19th August 2010
For Year 13 A2 results: 9.45am - 12.30pm
For Year 12 AS results: 10.15am - 12.30pm
From 12.45pm onwards the results will be available from the exams office.
The GCSE, BTEC and Level 2 Diploma Results will be available for collection from "Picassos" on Tuesday 24th August 2010
Year 11 ONLY between 10.00am - 12.30pm then from the exams office from 12.45pm onwards
Please note that we cannot give results out over the phone or by e-mail even if the student is on holiday.
A family member, friend or neighbour can collect the results on the students behalf as long as we have a letter giving authorisation for this and it is signed by the student.
The person collecting the results must also have ID to prove who they are
The results can also be posted if a self stamped addressed envelope is handed into the exams office before the end of the summer term (Friday 23rd July).
There will be members of the teaching staff plus the examinations officers available on "Results Day" if the students and/or their parents/guardians have questions or concerns regarding their exam results.
Year 9 & 10 GCSE Module results
The Year 9 & 10 modular results will be issued to each student on an individual Statement of Results during the first week of the new school term in September by their form tutors.
Their subject teachers will go through the results with them during lesson time and if any re-sits are required the students will be given a form to take home to be checked and signed.
Certificates
GCE/GCSE/BTEC/Diploma certificates will be available for collection from the exams office from Mid November 2010 and will be held for a maximum of 12 months.
Family, friends or neighbours can collect certificates on a student's behalf and will be required to sign for the document(s) to confirm collection.
Copies of certificates can be ordered from the Awarding Bodies but are very expensive.
Presentation Evening
In celebration of our Keystage 4 & 5 students achievements over the past year there will be a presentation evening held in the Masque Theatre on
Thursday 16th September 2010 at 7.30pm.
Letters to the prize winners will be posted during results week together with invitations for all our Year 11 and Year 13 to join us
as it is a great opportunity for the students to get together again before they go away to university or start their first job.
